BRYN ASCHENBRENER

My name is Bryn Aschenbrener, and I discovered a passion for helping others through working in an assisted living community specializing in memory care. I have also volunteered with Habitat For Humanity and have tutored ESL in Milwaukee to help promote literacy, autonomy, and employability. I can't wait to bring this experience to THH and to the young adults that thrive here. I believe that even the smallest moments of engagement, empowerment, and listening can blossom into self-advocacy and growth. Originally from North-Central Wisconsin, I have lived in Milwaukee for 14 years. I love anything to do with animals, nature, language, traveling, music, and cooking! Hi! My name is Delaney Johnson and I am from the Roscoe, IL area. I am currently a student at Carroll University majoring in Occupational Therapy. In my spare time, I love to paint, play sports, find scenic spots, and try to teach my goldfish, Harold, tricks. My mom is a special education teacher and introduced me to working with people with disabilities. I am honored for the chance to work for The Haase House and learn along the way. I have always thought of myself as a compassionate person which makes it very easy for me to work with our clients. I truly love the client-staff relationships that develop as we assist them along their journeys.

COURTNEY NORTH

Courtney North has over fifteen years of experience working with a diverse population of individuals with special needs and has been involved with the community since childhood. Hailing from Illinois, Courtney received her degree in Recreation, Park & Tourism Administration with an emphasis in Therapeutic Recreation. Courtney worked in the special recreation field after college, supervising and growing an adult day program, planning recreational events, and coaching a variety of Special Olympic sports. After moving to Wisconsin, Courtney was a Vocational Skills Instructor. Courtney is looking forward to helping the adults of The Haase House succeed!

DELANEY JOHNSON

Judi Weyer lives in Mukwonago with her husband and three crazy dogs. She enjoys spending time with family, gardening, and pursuing various crafts like painting, pottery and sewing. She has forty years of experience in bookkeeping is grateful for the opportunity to work with such an amazing organization. "I believe everyone has a voice, and am thankful that The Haase House helps our special needs community to let their voices be heard". Kaeley Dunteman is a lover of all things artsy! In addition to working as the Art Director for Orange Hat Publishing & Ten16 Press, Kaeley joins our mission as a Marketing Assistant to help more people come to know and love THH, our mission, and rally new donors and volunteers to help enrich the lives of our participants. She is an aspiring author, an outdoor enthusiast, and an avid swimmer. Hi, my name is Kelly Weyer and I am from Mukwonago, Wisconsin. I started attending The Haase House in 2017. I began with in-home services with THH staff. We focused on daily living skills like grocery shopping, math, and coping skills. In 2019, I was hired as a part-time staff. Some of my duties include cooking for the clients and cleaning the house over the weekend. I also like helping with the clients on art and crafts day when me and my mom are setting up to get things ready for the clients. In my spare time, I like to do diamond art, draw, and hang out with my friends and family. I also work at the Mukwonago Animal hospital for three days a week and live independently in my own apartment. My favorite part about working at the Haase House is going out on special events and bonding with the clients.

KAELEY DUNTEMAN

Kaeley Dunteman is a lover of all things artsy! In addition to working as the Art Director for Orange Hat Publishing & Ten16 Press, Kaeley joins our mission as a Marketing Assistant to help more people come to know and love THH, our mission, and rally new donors and volunteers to help enrich the lives of our participants. She is an aspiring author, an outdoor enthusiast, and an avid swimmer.

Mary Haase

Mary Haase is an occupational therapist and has additional certifications as a Transition Specialist and an Autism Specialist. She has thirty years of experience working in various school districts and has long advocated for her own son with autism along with many other families and their loved ones with disabilities. Mary's passion to leave her full-time job and start a business back in 2017 stemmed from the limited specialized programming options available to her son in his youth and adulthood. Her main goal at THH is to help other families facing the same challenges. She provides direct services to participants, develops curriculum and programming, and manages THH staff. She also currently works as the local family coordinator of a grant through the WI Persons with Developmental Disabilities Board. NATHAN STARR

Hi, my name is Nathan Starr and I'm a sophomore at Mukwonago High School. I am an active percussionist and play in the high school Wind Ensemble, marching band, and Blue2 percussion group. In my spare time I like hunting, fishing, water sports, swimming, archery, riding dirt bikes, cooking, camping, and spending time with my friends. I also love spending time with my family. I enjoy working with the great staff and engaging with the participants at The Haase House.

REBECCA KOWALINSKI

Hey everyone, my name is Rebecca Kowalinski. I am a high school special education assistant working with students with intellectual disabilities. I am also the director for the afterschool program for special needs students and I do respite care on the side. I enjoy reading, spending time with my family and friends and loving on my puppies during my free time. I am beyond excited to work at The House Haase and watch all the young adults flourish and succeed in life.
