AUBOCASSA

Located on the eastern part of Majorca, Aubocassa is one of the few places where the flavour of the island's agriculture has managed to perdure over time. The agricultural heritage of Aubocassa has been preserved from the 12th century... We use 8.5 kg of olives to make one litre of oil, when 4.5 kg would be enough, thus multiplying both its quality and freshness. We use no additives and, in the production process, we combine tradition and modernity to perfection.
