Enthalpy's history began in 1996 under the company name atWords in Guadalajara in Central Spain, a city that is today the home of a growing translation industry, partly as a result of the University of Alcalá offering a Degree in Translation in our local campus... While back in 1996 we worked mostly for the domestic market, we were quickly entrusted work by renowned language service providers and direct customers abroad, with the US as our main international market. Our customer base quickly grew to encompass European and Asian language firms, and by 2011, with the change to our current company name Enthalpy Technical Translation, European and Asian clients meant over 60% of our work. With an average yearly volume of roughly 3 million source words, an in-house team of 4 translators, and proven external resources, we serve clients in three continents - from Stockholm to Kuala Lumpur, from Munich to Seattle - who trust our expertise, ability to cope with exacting demands, creativity,..
