Ben Wagner is a Midwest-raised, Brooklyn based designer and Art Director. His studio creates thoughtful and bold work for clients who aim to inspire and delight; including Warby Parker, Crate & Barrel, CB2, Kate Spade, Domino, Meetup, Rifle Paper Co., and IDEO.
In addition to client work, his original product designs - like the iconic Forever Gay pin - are sold at stockists including the Minneapolis Institute of Art and Whitney Museum, and have raised over $7500 for LGBTQ+ nonprofits.
Ben's work has been featured in Vogue, Elle decor, Print Magazine, and AIGA's Eye On Design. In 2018, he was recognized as a Young Guns 16 Finalist.
Outside the studio, Ben is an avid Instagrammer, compulsive traveller, and staunch Fleetwood Mac fan.
Drew Ryan (b. 1985) is a Chicago-based designer and musician from Memphis, Tennessee.
He is currently the art director at Land and Sea Dept. and curator of the Neobeat™ series.

Yes [John J.] Custer, is related to the American General. He is also a born-n-bred Texan, hovering plant dad, and a traditionally trained graphic designer, illustrator, and art director who failed art history at the University of North Texas, twice.
Over the past decade Custer's carved out a niche balance of independent and freelance clients ranging from Fortune 500 contenders and, "Fake News," institutions to Mom-and-Pop boutiques and non-profits alike. A conceptual graphic artist, Custer focuses on concise and witty works in mediums both familiar and unfamiliar to him for people, places, and things that give a damn. He's won a couple of awards and been published a few times over the years in books that have more dust on them than he'd like to admit in his Brooklyn studio.
Currently he serves as a sub-art director, time-to-time, for The New York Times Opinion Section and a consulting design director for Malcolm Gladwell and Jacob Weisberg's podcast production company Pushkin, in addition to his continuous collaborations. He's also recently gotten his hands wet with ceramics and is experimenting with short form poetry-we shall see.

Kenneth Lian is a designer born in China, living in New York and grew up between China, the United States and Macau.

Luke Pelletier grew up in western North Carolina and currently works and resides in Los Angeles. He graduated with a BFA in fine art from the School of Art Institute Chicago.
Living in a tourist town for much of his life, Pelletier has been heavily influenced by the seasonal economies and the multi-level relationships between tourists and locals. Much of Pelletier's art blurs the lines between celebrating and condemning a culture that agrees to be taken advantage of while equally taking advantage of other cultures. His work is filled with personal anecdotes, dark humor, both dualities & contradictions through scenes of decaying paradise.

Maud Passini is a graphic designer and illustrator from France, now based in Brooklyn.
After received a master's degree in graphic design and illustration from ESAG Penninghen in Paris, she moved to New York City where she worked at the branding studio Franklyn for 4 years. In late 2018 she launched Maud Passini Studio to work directly with young brands and founders who are passionate about what they do. Her artistic approach to design has allowed her to create unique identities for both small and big companies, and she has worked in a vast array of disciplines, for clients such as Sotheby's, Vanity Fair, Zocdoc, Conde Nast Traveler, MetLife, Walmart and more.

Max Amato is a designer, illustrator, and art director living and working in Brooklyn, New York. He grew up in Silver Spring, Maryland in an intensely creative household of writers, and studied graphic design at Tyler School of Art in Philadelphia.
He has worked hard to combine his lifelong obsessions with music, sport, fashion, and art with his design practice, working with and for clients like Nike, Def Jam Recordings, Motown Records, The Olympic Channel, Sony Music, and Converse.
He also recently published his debut children's book Perfect through Scholastic.

Born and raised in Japan, Nana is a graphic designer and illustrator based in New York. She studied economics while playing music with friends before getting into art and design.
Her obsession with music led her decide to move to New York in 2012, where she studied graphic design at Fashion Institute Technology. While attending the college, her passion towards art and design grew and she eventually forgot to play music. She was also the lucky one to join the team at Franklyn, the design studio based in New York. Recently she has started playing music again with her lovely Shiba Inu, Momo on her side.

Tess Havas is a graphic designer and illustrator from Seattle, Washington. In 2018 she got her BFA from MICA, in Baltimore.
Now she works in New York City, and lives in Franklyn. When she isn't working, she enjoys eating a lot of chocolate, taking photos of her cat and illustrating her favorite things, sometimes all at once.
