PROSOFT DESIGN

I founded ProSoft Design in January 2017. Prior to that I spent 25 years providing market data services to companies involved in the commodities and energy markets - banks, brokers, hedge funds, trading advisors, commodity producers and consumers - beginning at FutureSouce, and through two acquisitions, Interactive Data Corp, and most recently, the ICE Exchange... As an account rep, I visited with hundreds of clients, doing product training sessions on the data and analysis tools available within the platform. During these sessions I also learned a lot about how clients used and implemented the data in their workflow. A key takeaway from all these meetings was that no matter how extensive the capabilities of a market data platform, clients frequently needed to manipulate or massage the data to make it more useable for their particular purpose.
