Bluff City Community Development Corporation is a Tennessee Non-Profit Corporation organized in 1999 to promote, advance, and encourage the development of improvised and distressed communities and those people that reside in those communities through the development of Affordable Housing, Business Development/Entrepreneurship, and Economic Development... Bluff City Community Development Corporation's mission is to create viable communities by providing quality affordable housing to households who would otherwise not be able to live in quality affordable housing due to no fault of their own, or past mistakes or past bad decisions that have caused them to have limited housing options, therefore, keeping them in the cycle of poverty which often leads to homelessness.
