The MCCDC Empowerment Clubhouse is a proud member of the Clubhouse International Program (www.clubhouse-intl.org). Established in 2017, the Empowerment Clubhouse is a recovery-oriented, strengths-based community mental health organization serving individuals recovering from mental illness and associated psychosocial stressors. Empowerment clubhouse believes in strengthening our members with holistic health and feeling of wellbeing. Each Wednesday members engage in building positive connections with self and others by learning mindfulness, meditation, and yoga with our facilitators.
