Aaron's early professional career began in hi-tech in the early 1990s, where Singer was CEO and Co-Founder of The adhoc Group, an emerging technologies consulting group serving Fortune 100 clients across a wide spectrum of vertical markets. In total, he has over 25 years of experience in technology, energy, and environmental markets. He has served on the boards or as an advisor for multiple NGOs. A passionate aviator, Singer has been operating Seaplane Adventures for the past 7 years and has joined a local startup called Automodality, a global leader in fully-autonomous flight control software.

Cynthia Wuthmann

Cynthia is an executive marketing and branding management professional. She has managed both for-profit and non-profit marketing and fundraising programs, including the promotion of social marketing missions to create philanthropic contributions through profitable corporate and non-profit partnerships. Cynthia previously served as the Director of Advancement at The Cedars of Marin, responsible for its fund development program, Artist Within Store, and marketing and communications outreach to local and national communities. In addition, she was the Development and Communications Director of Smuin Ballet. Cynthia is currently CEO and founder of Cindabella, Inc., an award winning company known for brand development, fashion merchandising services, positioning workshops, and creating social media and marketing campaigns. She is also currently a part of the Business Department Faculty at City College of San Francisco.

Darrell Roary

A long-time resident of Marin City himself, Mr. Roary has dedicated both his professional life - and his personal time - to improving the lives of underserved men, women, and youth who call Marin their home. Mr. Roary has applied his many skills and talents to understand and address the needs of disadvantaged individuals living in and around Marin City, cultivating relationships and collaborating with organizations in the nonprofit sector, educational institutions, local government, and private business to deliver personalized solutions, resources and support.

Florence Williams

Florence, a longtime resident of Marin City, and mother of two adult sons who also reside in Marin County, has served on the MCCDC board for over 25 years and candidly states: "I ain't tired yet!" She currently has served 15 consecutive years on the MCCDC Board and served as Board President from 2004-2014. Florence taught high school in the San Francisco Unified School District for 35 years and currently serves on the boards of two college prep programs in Marin City. She is dedicated to the mission of MCCDC and works hard to keep it moving forward. Her ongoing philosophy is: "Yes we can, with the help of God!"

Janis Oberman

Juanita Edwards

Juanita was raised in Marin City. Her maternal grandparents migrated here from Louisiana during World War II and worked in the Marin shipyards. She works for the YMCA as a restorative justice coordinator, and for the Marin City Community Services District and Marin City/Sausalito School Distict as a community connector. She feels blessed to work in a community that she cares about and that has supported her throughout the years.

Marilyn Mackel

Marilyn retired and relocated to Marin City from Los Angeles in 2012. She finds in Marin City a beloved community, and is committed to the work of the MCCDC. Marilyn serves on several boards that honor the well-being of children and families. She is a retired Los Angeles Superior Court commissioner, and a retired law and university professor.

Michael Tabb

Michael Tabb has resided and worked in Marin City for twenty-five years. During his earlier years of counseling, he fostered children and worked closely with families as a Therapeutic Foster Parent with an emphasis on family re- unification. After many years of working with both San Francisco and Marin County Family Services Agencies, Michael continued to expand his community involvement by working and serving on the Marin City Community Service District Board and Marin City Community Development Corporation Board. As a twenty-five-year certified Domestic Violent/ Anger Manager Counselor, Michael currently facilitates court mandated classes. He is CEO and Founder of Facilitating Change, inc. "Marin - Ghana Exchange" Newly incorporated 501(c)3. Inspired after his repatriation to Africa, Ghana in 2019 "I can no longer see myself as only a part of a community, I am now a part of a global community".

Raphael Durr

Raphael has been a Marin County resident for over 17 years. He served as the Marin City Community Service District (MCCSD) General Manager for over four years. He was a commissioner for the Marin County Human Rights Commission where he served for 10 years retiring in 2018. He served on the; the Marin County Park and Open Spaces Commission; the Marin County Equal Employment Advisory Committee (EEAC) Group, and the Marin City Martin Luther King Jr. Coalition. For eight years, he was a Board Member with the Center for Judicial Excellence, and was recently appointed to the Marin City Health and Wellness Clinic Board of Directors. Raphael is the proud father of 10 children.

Richard Bohnet

Richard received a BSEE Magna cum laude from Arizona State University and brings 35 years of international experience in the hi-tech industry, as VP and general manager and ultimately as CEO. He retired in 2000 and began tutoring fourth and fifth grade students in math in Marin city. Education is his passion!

Ricky is a Graduate of Southern University A&M, with a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing. With over 15 years of experience in banking and customer service, he is extremely passionate about helping others, especially those in need throughout the Bay Area. He serves on various Non-Profit Boards, volunteering time to mentor youth and young adults. He shared, "I believe, with the foundation of Love, we all can make this world a better place. My passion for reaching out to help our communities is what lead me to the Marin City Community Development Corporation. It is an honor to be a part of the rich history Marin City represents and have the opportunity to work with those who represent Marin City!"

Robert Hendry

Bob, now retired, brings over 37 years of experience as a top Administrator and Financial Manager, ending his career as a Group Vice President of an international corporation. A resident of Mill Valley since 2001 and a Rotary Club of Tiburon Sunset member, Bob has experience participating in and chairing several corporate boards and guiding them to be more productive and accountable. Bob holds a B.A. from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Business and Finance, and M.B.A. from Michigan State University.
