Recovery Transitions strives to provide Mental Wellness services to Individuals, Families, Schools, Community Based and Business Organizations in effort to decrease Stigma and Promote Wellness. Specialties include, Grief, Trauma and Substance Use Disorder... Recovery Transitions will educate, redevelop, restore and reunify families to a healthy balance. In addition, our services will teach businesses and educational settings to embrace mental wellness by increasing awareness within their organizations and implementing mental wellness friendly environments resulting in decrease of stigma.
