Restoration Matters (RM) was established in 2018 by Executive Director Lynne Lang with the mission to train teachers, school administration, and staff of community organizations in Restorative Practices (RP). As a tool, it has the potential to empower individuals through dialogue that seeks truth-telling, equity and conflict transformation... Restorative practices is the science of relationships and ways to improve them in communities. We provide training so you can transform your workplace conflict, reform your school discipline, and engage your community... We provide training to schools, workplaces, and community organizations in restorative practices, circles, and conferencing.
