Vita Oncology is a cancer treatment and oncology care practice in Cape Town. We offer the latest technology and advanced techniques to treat your cancer... Our practice was founded by Dr. Alma van der Merwe, a medical oncologist in 1991. Chemotherapy was the only treatment modality, but radiotherapy was also established when Dr. Anna-Marie Visser joined the practice in 2000. Since then, the practice has expanded when Dr.George Loots (2007), Dr.Ilze Fourie (2018), and Dr.Louis Cordier (2021), joined.
