ACP

Formed in 1990 as ACP Development Center, ACP has evolved to a non-profit provider of academic, cultural, and enrichment programs geared toward advancing the development of youth and youth services through after-school and tutoring initiatives. ACP Learning is a member of The After School Institute, and conforms to the YouthPlace Standards for after school programs. ACP is also licensed by the Maryland Department of Human Resources Child Care Administration.
