LUPUSNET (Lupus Federated Data Network) is a decentralized collaborative database network of real-world data partners, which will allow standardized, multi-database research of SLE registries/cohorts to advance knowledge and understanding of lupus, ultimately improving patient outcomes... Lupus (SLE, Systemic Lupus Erythematosus) is a complex, chronic, autoimmune disease with extremely variable manifestations, a scarcity of effective available treatments and a high unmet medical need. Despite decades of research and advances in understanding SLE, much remains to be understood. LUPUSNET was set up to address questions that presently cannot be answered.
