We are a small project and consulting firm in Basel, Switzerland. We work on strategy and how to turn it into rapid results. We have two rather different areas of expertise. One: how to build a powerful business combining brand purpose, creative culture and design strategy. Two: how to turn procurement excellence into substantial savings and bring them to the bottom line. Both are based on deep industry experience. Our clients (so far) come from Germany, Italy, Denmark, Ireland, Switzerland, and the US. They are leaders in their industry and ambitious in going forward.
