Kathryn Milostan-Egus is the founder/president of Insight HELPS Foundation, Inc. - Healing, Empowering, Learning, Prevention, and Science. In addition, she is certified with distinction in Pilates and Core Intelligence, a certified GYROKINESIS® Pre-Trainer/ teacher trainer, and was ACE certified for over ten years after earning an MFA from University of Illinois and a BFA from University of California at Santa Barbara. She has held many workshops and training seminars for specialized groups including: elementary through college-level dance faculty, people diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease and other neurological disorders, care-givers, individual athletes from various sports and sports teams.
