Founder, Kristle J. Small had worked in community mental health for many years but was not satisfied with individuals receiving substandard care. People of color and multicultural groups were consistently excluded or receiving substandard care. Kristle noticed that many agencies were ignorant of the unique issues facing the Black/Brown communities, which limited their ability to provide quality care... In 2011, Kristle developed a small private practice to enhance the quality of services for underserved communities. Kristle focused on treating these groups with exceptional services that suited their exact needs. As the years went on, Kristle J.
