Hi there! My name is Tatiyana and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPCA) who uses cognitive behavioral therapy to work with each individual to create a therapeutic space that feels safe, free of judgment and authentic.
Whether it be anxiety, boundary setting, coping skills, processing through trauma, grief, depression, stress or even just wanting someone to vent to, I pride myself on being a compassionate listener. I have an appreciation for a person's ability to heal, no matter what it is that they are healing from. With a client-centered approach, I enjoy meeting each individual where they are and encouraging them to reach goals that they set for themselves to create the life they desire.
