While Pathfinders was founded to address the needs of cancer patients, caregivers and their families, the program has expanded to offer support around all forms of grief and loss as well. The Roaring Fork Valley experiences many losses each year and these impact our lives deeply. With our Grief Support, we offer a safe place for loved ones to grieve, process, and hopefully come to a place of honoring the one they lost... Pathfinders is a Colorado non-profit psychosocial support program for cancer and chronically-ill patients, those suffering from grief and loss, caregivers, family members and the community. Our programs foster personal growth and a safe place to feel and move towards healing by focusing on the social, emotional and spiritual issues accompanying a diagnosis or loss of a loved one... Pathfinders provides outstanding programs to those in need of counseling - along with volunteer support in the Roaring Fork and Grand Valleys.
