We are members of the wash on the other side of town. Last Saturday day I stopped by and asked about a membership here. A very nice and polite man gave me all the information and offered a free test wash. I declined because I had just had it washed. He said we could come back and get a free test wash. We went back today and were talked to very rudely by a lady who refused the free wash because she didn't offer it. I tried to explain who gave it to us but she was to load and rude and refused to listen
