Dajana Prellwitz

Dajana Prellwitz has been working at NETZSCH Group for over eleven years. Initially, the graduate in business administration worked for various companies in the HR department before joining Erich Netzsch GmbH & Co. Holding KG as HR Specialist Personnel Development & Employer Branding. In this context, she managed the NETZSCH Academy, among other things. Since the beginning of 2022, Dajana Prellwitz has been working as HR Manager in the Culture & Strategic Projects department.

David Burgwinkel

David Burgwinkel has also been involved as a works council member since 2014. Since 2021, he has been the spokesperson for the IT Committee of the General Works Council. In his private life, he has been socially engaged in various projects for over 20 years (kindergarten, children's home, associations…). His motivation for works council work and social commitment is quite simple - his social "vein" or passion.

Dr Nathalie Weisenburger

Dr Nathalie Weisenburger is a research assistant at the Chair of Vocational Education at OVGU. As a vocational and industrial pedagogue and political scientist, her topics lie in in-company training and further education, company co-determination and, in particular, personnel and organisational development. Her research focuses on the professionalisation of human resource development and the digital transformation of public administration. In addition, Nathalie Weisenburger is a systemicist with expertise in agility and accompanies organisations in change processes in the context of New Work, digital learning concepts and managers on New Leadership issues.

Dr. Christoph Meier

Dr. Christoph Meier has leaded the "swiss competence center for innovations in learning (scil)" at the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland, since 2016. Prior to that, he worked as a project manager at scil for 10 years. scil focuses on the digital transformation of corporate education in the wake of the second wave of digitalization (AI). Dr. Meier supports education managers in competence development (scil academy), in the context of development projects (scil development) and coordinates research on digital competencies of HR developers (scil research).

Dr. Götz Richter

Dr. Götz Richter is a scientific project manager at the Bundesanstalt für Arbeitsschutz und Arbeitsmedizin. Together with Inga Mühlenbrock, he also teaches at the HTW Berlin and with Dr. Laura Schröer at the Hochschule Gesundheit in Bochum. Together with Dr. Carolin Eitner, he is also active as a juror for "Jugend forscht" in the field of work in NRW.

Dr. Jens Kohne

Dr. Jens Kohne is deputy director of the IFBB - Institut für Betriebliche Bildung (Institute for Corporate Education). Here he is entrusted with the development and implementation of concepts and strategies for research funding and the transfer into company practice. Furthermore, he has headed the "Artificial Intelligence" working group convened by the IFBB since 2022. In addition to his academic training and work as a philosopher, he holds a degree in business administration and an additional qualification in corporate training and continuing education as well as a trainer qualification. His expertise is based on more than 15 years of experience, in particular as the head of various educational organizations, ranging from public and professional continuing education to interest groups. He also shares his knowledge and experience in numerous university and continuing education courses.

Dr. Jochen Robes

Dr. Jochen Robes has been advising companies and organizations on the introduction and optimization of their HR and corporate learning offerings for over 25 years. The longest time in the service of a small educational agency, HQ Interaktive Mediensysteme GmbH, five years for Deutsche Bank in Frankfurt and now under his own name Robes Consulting. In this context, Dr. Robes has dealt intensively with all design fields of continuing education, educational technology (eLearning, Social Media/Web 2.0 & Social Learning, MOOCs) and knowledge management. Since 2018, he has been active in the "Online Communication" degree program at Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences as a substitute professor and lecturer. Since April 2003, Dr. Robes has also been running the continuing education blog (www.weiterbildungsblog.de) with daily contributions, for which he has already received numerous awards. In addition, he is a regular speaker at conferences and publishes in yearbooks, professional publications and online magazines. In addition, he is a member of various networks and program advisory boards. For example, Dr. Robes has been involved in the core team of the Corporate Learning Community (CLC) for years and moderates the regional Frankfurt CLC group. Furthermore, he sits on the expert council "Learning & Development" at Zukunft Personal in Cologne. Since 2022, he has chaired the working group "Competence Development of Educational Personnel" convened by the IFBB.

Dr. Jürgen Sammet

Jürgen Sammet has been involved in corporate learning for more than 20 years as a trainer, consultant and learning facilitator. He has been accompanying the introduction and implementation of blended learning in many customer projects since 2012. The focus of his work is clearly on the effectiveness of learning processes and their scientific foundation. He hopes to be as uninfluenced as possible by fashions and trends. In 2017, he founded Dr. Sammet & Wolf together with Jacqueline Wolf, where they have since been supporting companies of all sizes and industries as well as internal and independent trainers in establishing digital and blended learning measures. Against this background, they see themselves as "bridge builders" between analog and digital learning on the one hand, and classic and agile learning on the other. In 2019, Dr. Sammet's highly acclaimed book "Vom Trainer zum agilen Lernbegleiter" (From Trainer to Agile Learning Facilitator) was published, in which he - together with his business partner Jacqueline Wolf - describes the transformation of the trainer role in digital times. Dr. Sammet currently teaches at the University of Applied Management and at the Management School of the University of Kassel.

Dr. Kai Liebert

Innovation in Learning - this motto runs through Kai Liebert's entire professional life. In the early 90s he outlined an adaptive learning system based on Artificial Intelligence (which then led directly into the AI winter) and implemented (probably the world's first) comprehensive blended learning solution in an operational business at AEG/Siemens Postal Automation. After several management roles in the learning, documentation and media creation environment, he moved to the Corporate Headquarters of Siemens AG. From 2009 to 2020, he led the Global Learning Campus, always on the lookout for new ways to make learning in the company more global, digital and customer-oriented for over one million learners per year in more than 80 countries. A key success factor was the introduction of a Learner Experience Platform in 2016 and the design of the necessary Corporate Learning Ecosystem at Siemens. Likewise, he led the ‘Future Fund' project for digital transformation at Siemens from April 2020. An innovative bottom-up approach, a budget of 100 million euros in four years and co-creation with many stakeholders in the Group make this project unique. Since 2018, Kai Liebert has been chairman of the Münchener Bildungsforum (MBF), a community of education experts in the Munich metropolitan region. He earned his PhD in education from the University of Heidelberg in 1992 and worked as a journalist and musician before joining the industry.

Dr. Katja Bett

Dr. Katja Bett holds a degree in education and is the founder and managing director of Corporate Learning & Change GmbH. She implements innovative educational projects with her clients, from setting up online academies, establishing an educational strategy and realigning development concepts to developing and implementing qualification paths nationally and internationally. Katja Bett is a passionate didactician and learning psychologist and, together with her clients, ensures that learning and development are positioned for the future. She enjoys passing on her knowledge and trains blended learning experts, e-learning authors, learning facilitators and e-trainers with her company. With the Operating Model and the Learning Format Guide developed by her, companies can expand their didactic expertise internally and transfer it into suitable processes and structures, thus raising their learning approaches to the next level of development and making them permanent.

Dr. Lutz Marten

Dr. Lutz Marten has been with IBM for over 20 years. He joined Global Learning & Leadership Development in 2020 and leads a team of leadership consultants and facilitators for the Europe & Middle East & Africa territory. His focus is on designing and delivering offerings across the leadership development space, from emerging leaders to executive level in IBM. In this role, he leverages emerging and innovative technologies such as social business computing platforms, new ways of working and related leadership capabilities to enhance the scope and quality of leadership development offerings. Prior to joining IBM Leadership Development, Dr. Marten spent over 10 years as a consultant with IBM Consulting in a variety of roles and industries. He studied computer science and economics/operations research and earned his doctorate in information management at RWTH Aachen University and the Fraunhofer Gesellschaft in Aachen.

Dr. Matthias Reuter

Dr. Matthias Reuter has been working at Siemens Group for more than 20 years. He joined Siemens during his studies in International/Performance Management. Among other positions, he was employed as a consultant, Head of Strategy Sales & Finance and Head of Customer Excellence and CRM. He was also Global Learning Manager at the Global Learning Campus of Siemens AG from 2016 to 2019. Currently, he is Vice President, Global Head of Siemens Leadership Excellence and member of the Global Talent and Leadership Team.

Dr. Michael Steinhöfel

Dr. Michael Steinhöfel works as managing director and project manager at IBBF. After studying economics and earning his doctorate at the Humboldt University Berlin, he completed various advanced training courses on topics related to industrial psychology and organizational science, project management, and trained as a systemic coach. He worked as a research assistant at various institutions, including the Berlin School of Economics and a&o research GmbH at the Institut für Arbeitspsychologie und Organisationswissenschaften (Institute for Work Psychology and Organizational Science). From 1999 to 2013, Dr. Steinhöfel worked as a project or division manager at ucb Managementberatung GmbH, Berlinwasser Holding AG, and RKW Deutschland GmbH. Since 2013, Dr. Steinhöfel has been active at the IBBF, initially as a project manager before also taking on the post of managing director. In this role, he manages various research, consulting and continuing education projects on behalf of federal and state ministries as well as companies.

Dr. Peter Brandt

Dr. Peter Brandt has been Head of the Knowledge Transfer department at DIE since 2017. In the past, he also held various other positions at DIE. After his first state examination for secondary school teaching in mathematics and Catholic theology, he received his doctorate in theology from the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität in Bonn in 2001. His main research interests include the professional development of adult education staff, digital and AI-supported learning, and digital information structures in continuing education.

Dr. Philipp V. Ramin - CEO, Founder

Dr. Philipp V. Ramin is founder and CEO of the international edutech, training and consulting company i40 - the future skills company and an expert in digital competence building across all corporate structures. With his team, he has developed the leading international e-learning and training program for Industry 4. 0 and digitalization, which is implemented at companies in 14 countries worldwide. Since 2014, he has also been Deputy Managing Director of the renowned Munich Circle, which acts as an independent, interdisciplinary and international platform for stakeholders from business, science and industry on the political and social challenges of digital transformation. In this context, he was also project leader of the Future Study VIII "AI in the Context of Life, Work, Education 2035+", which was published in June 2020. In addition, Philipp Ramin is a regular guest lecturer on the economic, technical and social impact of digitalization at several international universities, including Tallinn, Vilnius, Kuala-Lumpur, Amberg-Weiden and Regensburg. In 2008, he was elected as one of the youngest city councilors in Bavaria and is still the parliamentary group leader of his hometown Neutraubling. Philipp Ramin studied at the University of Regensburg and the American University, Washington D. C. with a focus on innovation and technology management and received his doctorate on the topic of discontinuous innovation and business models. Previously, he was an advisor in the German Bundestag and worked in both the automotive and consulting industries.

Dr. Regina Flake

Dr. Regina Flake has been working for the Institute of the German Economy for more than nine years in the thematic cluster Vocational Qualification and Skilled Workers, where she is Senior Economist for initial and continuing education and training, securing skilled workers and international vocational training research. In addition, Dr. Regina Flake is a team leader in the Kompetenzzentrum Fachkräftesicherung (KOFA) project funded by the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy. There she is responsible for the areas of empirics, digitalisation and digital education, among others. She studied International Economics at the Universities of Göttingen, Fontainebleau (France) and Puebla (Mexico) and completed her PhD at the Ruhr Graduate School in Essen.

Dr. Regina Krammer

Dr. Regina Krammer has been working at Loesche GmbH for over 15 years. After studying (marine) paleontology, paleoceanography and media & education, she initially joined Loesche GmbH in 2007 as a project manager in the area of knowledge management/eLearning. In this context, Dr. Krammer's responsibilities included content development and creation of eLearning courses, support and administration of the webinar area and didactic support for internal trainers. In addition, she was responsible for publishing the company's internal employee magazine. Since the beginning of 2019, Dr. Krammer has been working as a Senior Specialist in the areas of eLearning, Knowledge Management & Communication.

Dr. Therese Rosemann

Dr. Therese Rosemann joined Helmut Schmidt University Hamburg in mid-2021 as a research associate at the Chair of Continuing Education and Lifelong Learning in the area of research and teaching. She studied education and philosophy at the University of Erfurt and education and educational sciences with a focus on adult education/personal development at the University of Bremen. From 2016 to 2021, Dr. Therese Rosemann worked as a research assistant and doctoral candidate at the Georg August University of Göttingen at the Chair of Business Education and Human Resource Development in the area of research and teaching, before she moved to the Helmut Schmidt University of Hamburg in 2021.
