NATIONAL DIVERSITY COUNCIL

The mission of the National Diversity Council is to be both a resource and an advocate for the value of diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB). The NDC serves as the umbrella organization to support our statewide and regional affiliates, which foster an understanding of DEIB as a dynamic strategy for success and community well-being through various initiatives... Good ideas may come and go. Great ideas may take some time to brew but they materialize with significance. A concept in the making for several years, the NDC Certification Program launched in 2015 and graduated its inaugural class of 23 National Diversity Council Certified Diversity Professionals (NDCCDP).
