Eren Ozmen is the President, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and Chairwoman of the Board of Sierra Nevada Corporation (SNC), a world-class prime systems integrator and electronic systems provider known for its rapid, innovative, and agile technology solutions.
More than 30 years ago, Eren and Fatih came from Turkey to embark on a new adventure as graduate students at the University of Nevada, Reno. Eren earned her MBA in 1985 and Fatih earned his master's in Electrical Engineering in 1981. With education and determination, the couple launched their entrepreneurial vision into a global high-tech aerospace company, Sierra Nevada Corporation (SNC). They acquired SNC in 1994 when it was a small engineering firm with 20 employees. Today, Sparksbased SNC has a workforce of nearly 3,000 personnel worldwide, and is setting off toward new frontiers. Earlier this year, NASA announced that SNC's Dream Chaser® spacecraft - whose folding wings allow it to be launched by different rockets and land on airport runways just like space shuttles of a generation ago - will join NASA's commercial fleet, as part of a multi-billion-dollar contract award, in servicing the International Space Station starting in 2019. Remarkably, through these many years and accomplishments, Eren and Fatih remain the sole owners of SNC.
Eren joined SNC in 1988, shortly after receiving her MBA from the University of Nevada, Reno. With a strong vision of the future, Eren Ozmen and her husband Fatih acquired SNC in 1994 and set their plans in motion to expand and grow. As a direct result of their strategic planning efforts, to include the successful acquisition of ten electronics firms, and their strong financial and technical management SNC has grown into the Top Woman-Owned Federal Contractor in the United States.
Through the Ozmens' vision and decisive leadership, SNC has expanded its seven business areas in 31 locations in 16 states. SNC employs over 2,100 people - most of whom are scientists, engineers, or technical personnel - and all of whom are dedicated to meeting and exceeding the needs to SNC's diverse customer base. Multidimensional and extremely dynamic, Eren Ozmen is actively involved in all key aspects of SNC's business management.

George became a partner in 2012 after joining the firm 2010 as a manager. George began his career at one of the world's largest gaming corporations as an internal auditor where he performed operational and compliance audits of casinos located in Reno and South Lake Tahoe along with Indian casinos located in Arizona and Kansas. He later moved to public accounting and joined a national firm, ultimately serving as the firm's audit manager. He conducted compliance and financial audits of gaming establishments throughout Nevada, Indian casinos throughout California, and casinos in New Jersey and Puerto Rico. Additionally, George was responsible for training new audit associates and the annual training of all audit professionals. He has performed audits in areas of manufacturing and distribution, health care, employee benefit plans, not-for-profit, and government. As financial statement audit partner, George is responsible for the financial and compliance audits of benefit plans and casinos. He also performs and manages internal audits and Title 31 compliance audits for many of our casino clients. George has instructed seminars on compliance issues and provides leadership to our younger staff and helps them develop technical and personal skills.
George holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Nevada, Reno, and is affiliated with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Nevada Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Kim Conrad is the Internal Audit Director for International Gaming Technology (IGT). IGT is a multinational gambling company that produces slot machines and other gambling technology. Kim oversees all audit activities related to the Global Gaming segment and international business operations. Kim also oversees the global Sarbanes Oxley testing program. Prior to joining IGT, Kim worked at Muckel Anderson CPA's (now known as Eide Bailey) which is a regional certified public accounting and advisory firm.
Kim is a Reno native and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Nevada, Reno. Kim served as a Board Member for the Northern Nevada Make a Wish Foundation from June 2010 - June 2021, chairs the Volunteer and Community Service Committee for the Reno IGT campus, is an active Girl Scout troop leader and Parent Faculty Association volunteer at her daughter's school. Kim is also an active supporter of Each One Tell One and Evoke Warriors, both of which are foundations that support cancer survivors.
In her free time, Kim enjoys spending time hiking, biking, kayaking and spending time with her husband and children at their Lake Tahoe vacation home.

Lauren provides years of experience to Eide Bailly clients in a variety of industries and types such as gaming, construction, family-owned small to mid-sized entities, employee benefit plans of all sizes, nonprofits and professionals like doctors, dentists, attorneys, and engineers. She practices accounting, auditing and tax and engages in consulting services with corporations, partnerships, LLCs, as well as to individual clients.
Lauren brings experience and knowledge to every client. Her goal is to provide clients with competent, responsive, timely service that lessens the stress of dealing with filing deadlines and compliance related issues so her clients can focus on what they do best, running their business.
Outside of the office, Lauren enjoys spending time with her two young boys, attending their sport-related activities, being involved in their school, camping, spending time outdoors and attending many of the family and sports-related events that the University of Nevada, Reno has to offer.

With over twenty years experience in public accounting, Leslie has provided a full range of audit, tax and consulting services to a wide variety of clients in various industries. Leslie currently concentrates in the areas of income and estate taxation, dealing with both compliance and planning.
