LDC Developers Limited was formed by the partnership of three companies: a local Jamaican building company Mega Pro Builders, Das Caribbean Property Limited, a subsidiary of Das & Co-a private equity firm based in New York specializing in building property over the last 10 years in emerging markets in India and China, and MPCQI Limited, a London based funding group. We aim to be the developer of choice for customers, employees, communities and shareholders alike across Jamaica... We intend to become one of the largest homebuilders in Jamaica, operating from two regional offices across the country - in Westmoreland and downtown Kingston. We build a range of properties, from one- and two-bedroom houses to more bespoke requests, with a broad price range of affordable homes. Our intention is to be a truly national company covering each Parish across Jamaica starting with our developments in Westmoreland and Saint Catherine.
