Gina Hurani (Garrett) serves as the President and co-founder of Standard Ship Repair. She holds a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, which she earned from Cal State Los Angeles. Throughout her career, Gina has actively engaged with numerous non-profit organizations in the San Diego area, leveraging her expertise to make a positive impact. From the very beginning of Standard Ship Repair's journey, Gina has been an integral part of the team. She has seamlessly integrated her knowledge from the mental health field into the company's operations, benefiting both customers and employees alike. In her personal life, Gina is happily married to the CEO and co-founder of the company, Keith Garrett. Together, they are proud parents of two wonderful children. Their shared interests include exploring new destinations through travel and indulging in various sports activities.

Keith's passion for the maritime industry has been a lifelong journey. Following his graduation from National University with a degree in Marine Technology, he embarked on a remarkable career in the Naval Ship Repair Industry. His initial role was as an NDT Level II Inspector, and he gradually ascended to positions of greater responsibility, eventually becoming a Welding Engineer and NDT Level III Inspector at a prestigious Master Ship Repair company. With over a decade of experience and a strong professional network within the shipyards, Keith decided to take the bold step of entrepreneurship. In 2017, he established Standard Inspection Services, which has since evolved into Standard Ship Repair. Amidst his entrepreneurial endeavors, Keith also embraced family life. He and his co-founder and wife, Gina, welcomed two children into their lives and settled in the tranquil neighborhood of Scripps Ranch. Outside of his professional pursuits, Keith has a profound love for golf. He is able to share this passion with his son and they golf whenever possible together.

Ken Pearcy

Ken Pearcy boasts a remarkable 30-year career marked by his expertise in operations, production, and quality assurance. With a track record of proven leadership, exceptional management acumen, and a results-oriented approach, Ken plays a pivotal role in ensuring Standard consistently achieves its corporate objectives. His diverse project portfolio includes contributions to prominent endeavors such as the NASA Orion crewed spacecraft program, the Venus exploration Davinci Probe, the Air Forces B-2 stealth bomber, various U.S. Navy nuclear and conventional surface and subsurface vessels, and numerous global commercial projects. Whether it involves meticulous cost analysis, innovative revenue generation, adept supply chain management, or fostering cohesive teams, Ken's exceptional talents and skills stand as fundamental pillars of Standard's unwavering commitment to excellence and enduring support for its esteemed clientele. Beyond his professional accomplishments, Ken enjoys the thrill of riding his Indian Springfield motorcycle and cherishes moments spent with his four beloved children.

Mark Cochran

Mark Cochran serves as the General Manager at Standard Ship Repair. His journey began in San Diego, California, where he was born and raised. At the age of 18, Mark made a significant commitment by joining the United States Marine Corps, where he excelled in the role of Aircraft Production Controller and earned the distinguished rank of Sergeant. Upon concluding his service in the United States Military, Mark embarked on a new educational path. He enrolled in the Commercial Diving and Nondestructive Testing Program at National University, gaining valuable skills and knowledge. After successfully completing the program, he transitioned into the role of a Quality Assurance / Non-Destructive Testing inspector within the Ship Repair Sector. Mark's dedication to personal and professional growth is evident as he works toward the completion of his bachelor's degree in business management. His multifaceted experiences and achievements make him a valuable asset to the organization.
