The Swedish National China Centre conducts policy-relevant, research-based analysis and offers advice on China-related subjects... The Centre's main target groups are the Government Offices of Sweden and Sweden's government agencies. Other target groups include the Swedish parliament, municipalities, regions, academia, industry, trade unions and civil society. In carrying out its mission, the Centre holds meetings, briefings, presentations and discussions with these target groups. The knowledge we provide them with is based on Swedish perspectives and interests, as well as insight into relevant Swedish factors... China affects many areas of Swed ish life. The Centre's aim is to work long-term to improve understanding of China in Swedish society. We focus on issues of particular relevance to Swedish interests.
