Novare Intro is a consulting company dedicated to helping those who don't always get a chance on the job market. Our goal is to make a dent in the statistics and to change the living situation and well-being of those we work with for the better. These are young adults with neurodiverse conditions - but above all, they are young adults with talents, cutting-edge skills, and fantastic personalities... Novare was founded in 2001 by Fredrik Hillelson and Investor with the purpose to provide HR support to Investor's smaller portfolio companies. Today, Novare is a company group with different companies providing specialist competence within Human Capital.
