Hidden Gem Housekeeping was founded in January 2019 by Gemma Mullinger, who quite simply wanted more work to keep herself busy when her little boy was at pre-school... Here at Hidden Gem we pride ourselves in being understanding, realistic and family friendly. However, our business is the income that we use to pay our bills and put food on the table. Cancellations at the last minute leave us out of pocket, and for this reason we ask that if you need to cancel an appointment you try your best to do so as far in advance as possible. We rely on our customers to communicate well with us and keep us informed of any changes...
